Patients Are Seen by Appointment Only

New patients should schedule the first visit as a complete examination. The practitioners cannot treat you for a specific problem without knowing your medical history. If another physician has referred you to our office, please ask that physician to send any pertinent records to us prior to your appointment.

Call to Confirm

Occasionally, we need to reschedule an appointment due to an emergency. If you are traveling a significant distance to our office, we encourage you to call to confirm your appointment.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to ensure accurate completion of registration forms.

We all love children, but please avoid bringing small children to the office if possible so we may devote our full attention to you.

In case you need to cancel your appointment, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule.

We make every effort to accommodate your needs. The more information you can provide at the time of scheduling, the better we can serve you by scheduling you appropriately. We always endeavor to maintain adherence to your scheduled time but the nature of our field includes occasional emergencies or unanticipated needs during visits. Please be aware that insurance coverage for “preventive care” is different than insurance for “problem visits”. While we attempt to address concerns during your annual visit, you will often need an additional visit should these concerns require specific treatment or further discussion.
